    THERE IS NO GUESTLIST OF AND KIND FOR THIS EVENT FOR ANYONE, YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET... NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

Please be aware in advance that entry to our New Years celebration will be by TICKET ONLY and with a valid government issued ID, strictly 21+.  Once you've purchased your tickets keeping track of them is 100% your responsibility (if you bought online print your ticket or save it on your phone and guard it with your life!). All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. We take no responsibility for loss or misuse of your tickets. Also, if your tickets are ripped, damaged altered or illegible they are invalid, and you will be turned away at the door. See tickets and legal section of this site for further details. We don’t want to ruin your night but for the safety of everyone there WE MUST LIMIT how many tickets are sold and how many people are allowed in.

 

DRINKS

21+ only with valid government issued ID.  Cash bar, champagne bottle service available to VIP sections.  The bartenders DO NOT serve shots (you'll be glad the next day)! However they will serve you a drink of your choice "neat" ;)  Cards or cash accepted. If you want to pre-order premium champagne for a VIP section contact us in advance at tickets@NYEPearl.com.

 

TICKETS

Regular Admission Tickets get you in the door and get you access to the first 3 floors of the event including 2 dancefloors and the main level bar.  Regular tickets do not include access to the balcony VIP area that overlooks the main dancefloor.  This access isn't crucial to having a good time so unless being a "VIP" is important to you won't care.

 

ENTRY

VIP ticket holders can arrive early to avoid waiting in line during a soft opening from 8-9pm that includes hosted champagne while supplies last.  Doors open for all at 9pm.  All preferred presale ticket and VIP lines end at 10pm sharp.  If you arrive after 10:30pm you may not be admitted to the venue until after midnight (do to capacity constraints) so please arrive early.  You paid to get in, so get in! :)  ...Again your tickets are 100% your responsibility so please please take care of them!  If you lose them or someone else uses them we cannot provide replacements. Be careful with them please! All tickets including those issued electronically need to be presented on your smartphone or physically in hand and can only be used once (tracked with a scanning system). Please follow instructions/policies from Eventbrite in their emails to print/use your tickets. Tickets that are damaged, illegible, altered or already checked in will be not be honored. We do have a way to lookup your paid electronic tickets if you lose them, but you are going to wait until we check in everyone that has their tickets and ID ready. Help us help you, get your tickets printed or saved on your phone and ready to go so you can get to into the party ASAP :)

 

RE-ENTRY

This is a non-smoking event and Re-entry WILL NOT be allowed for safety reasons.

 

DRESS CODE

Formal or Semi-Formal dress is strongly encouraged. We know there's that special outfit hanging in your closet just waiting for the right occasion. Well, this is it! Ladies, this is your excuse to go treat yourself to something sparkly and fabulous. Guys, show off a little...It's a big night so rock that suit or tux!! We won’t turn you away at the door if you aren’t WAY dressed up but we might take extra special care of you if you are… rock it! :)

 

VIP TICKETS

VIP tickets get you all the same things a general admission tickets includes but also include access to the balcony VIP floor, early access to the venue from 8-9pm, and access to the VIP bars.  It does not guarantee seating of any kind, although if you arrive early you may be able to claim one of the open seating areas, but most seating is reserved that night.

 

VIP SECTION INFORMATION

VIP sections include a reserved plush seating area, party favors, a complimentary bottle of champagne, access to the 2nd level balcony, access to the VIP bar, early access to the venue (doors open for VIP ticket holders at 8pm).  Special VIP cocktail service and champagne bottle service for pre-order. VIP section areas are available for purchase to groups of 12.  No discounts or incentives of any kind can be applied to a table purchase, and tables must be purchased in one transaction.  Many people at this event can connect with 12 other people who have VIP tickets, the only way to get a table is to purchase that table.  Contact tickets@nyepearl.com for further details.

 

COAT CHECK

Coat check will be provided by Portland Center Stage.

 

MUSIC

There are two dance floors, both are accessible to all ticket holders.  The main dance floor features pop/hiphop/mashups and the underground dancefloor features EDM (electronic dance music).

 

FOOD

It is available for purchase but this isn't really a food focused event.  We'd suggest dinner before hand at a restaurant within walking distance (there are a ton of great ones).

 

Silent Disco

If you want to try Silent Disco on the underground dance floor please arrive early.  Space is limited and there may be a wait for headphones.  First come first served.  Both VIP and GA tickets have full access to silent disco.

 

 

BATHROOMS

We got you covered!  The Armory has plenty of men's and women's bathrooms, including one ladies room with 14 stalls.  The largest bathrooms are located on the first basement level one floor below the dancefloor, but the VIP balcony also has a set of mens and women's bathrooms.  The Armory has 7 sets of restrooms on 3 different levels.
